Rory’s role is to understand client requirements and then articulate these in to something that works as a software specification. He will usually get involved with new projects, and then follow these through the development process to ensure that the end product meets those requirements in real life.

Charlie covers both Windows and web development work, and leads the deployment of new & updated client applications. His professional career has been wholly within the world of bespoke business software.

Claire leads on QA and Product Support – for brand new systems through to ongoing updates with established clients. She is often the first point of contact for support requests and user queries. She is a fantastic bridge between end users and the tech team.

John joined us during his Software Development degree at Stirling University, and became a full-time team member after graduating (top of the class!). He works extensively with our in-house CloudBase development suite, focussing on building client applications for Windows.

Graeme is a highly experienced developer, working on both client projects and development of our in-house CloudBase development suite. His professional career has been focussed on business software applications. Graeme also leads our mobile and web architecture development.

Mary’s professional background is in business consulting, process design and training provision. Before Cloud Street, she worked with the elite consultancy firm BCG for some of the world’s largest organisations, as well as with business start-ups and the public sector. Her team role is focussed on client liaison, product quality and user support. She is the main client contact for most projects.

Paul is our founder, and also the technical lead on most client projects. He brings together strong business, analytical and software skills; a people-person with deep technical knowledge. Paul’s background is in large-scale database design & development team management, including time with Cheapflights.com and the Opodo group.
