Release Notes:

This release includes:

  • New functionality to allow Port Call Import from MXP Excel files
  • Various SAG Pilotage updates, including the ability to generate pilotage for a cruise

Tickets fixed in this release:

  • EUCAS2.PC 1 – Users will upload Excel files of port call information in to EUCAS2
  • EUCAS2.PC 2 – System will add new Cruises
  • EUCAS2.PC 3 – System will add new Port Calls
  • EUCAS2.PC 4 – Users will be able to view the ‘results’ for each file imported
  • EUCAS2.Pilot 1 – Users will be able to enter ‘Override Default Stage Hours’ for a Pilot Distance, these will be used on Cruise Pilot Stages
  • EUCAS2.Pilot 2 – Users will be able to record ‘Out of Season’ Date From/To for a Pilot Station
  • EUCAS2.Pilot 4 – Port Calls marked as ‘Sail Past’ will be removed from the Pilotage schedule and cancelled in SSN
  • EUCAS2.Pilot 5 – Users will be able to select a ‘Ship Pilotage Group’ for a Ship
  • EUCAS2.Pilot 6 – Users will be able to mark a Cruise Voyage as ‘Do Not Re-Use Pilotage’
  • EUCAS2.Pilot 7 – System will calculate Embark & Disembark ‘offset’ times for a Cruise Pilot Stage
  • EUCAS2.Pilot 8 – Users will be able to ‘Generate Pilotage Schedule’ for a Cruise, based on previous Voyages of this Ship or Group
  • EUCAS2.Sup26 61 – Add new Security Group ‘Ship Pilotage Group’, apply to Ship Details > Pilotage Group, ‘are you sure’ on change
  • EUCAS2.Sup26 64 – Pilot Distance – allow Override Stage Hours to be recorded to 0.5 hrs
  • EUCAS2.Sup26 65 – Cruise Pilotage – allow ‘Ready to Send to SSN’ more than 365 days in advance
  • EUCAS2.Sup26 66 – Automatically mark a Voyage as ‘Do Not Re-Use Pilotage’ when a Pilot Stage is edited AFTER marked as Ready to Sent to SSN
  • EUCAS2.Sup26 67 – Users will be able to view a list of Voyages, fllter by Ship/Group, and edit ‘Do Not Re-use Pilotage’ flag
